How do I sign up for Bank2Bank  service?

Speak to a Brenham National Bank personal banker to fill out appropriate Bank 2 Bank transfer application. Banker approves and determines transfer limits based upon customers credit history and gives them the Bank 2 Bank guidebook. This is for Consumer accounts only, not Business accounts.

How do I enroll my external accounts?

You will need to enroll each of your non-BRENHAM NATIONAL BANK accounts that you wish to use for this Service. You agree that you will only attempt to enroll accounts for which you have the authority to transfer funds. All accounts requested to be used as part of this Service will be verified in accordance with BRENHAM NATIONAL BANK procedures. The verification process must be completed by you prior to using the Service. You will have 10 days after enrolling an account to complete the verification process. Verification instructions are displayed during the enrollment process.

How do I make transfers?

Funds requested to be transferred will be debited from or credited to your BRENHAM NATIONAL BANK account the business day following the day you initiate the transfer, provided you have met the bank’s cutoff time for submitting Bank 2 Bank transfers. In the case of a future dated or recurring transfer, these time limits will be the business day following the scheduled date of the transfer. The cutoff time for initiating transfers is 11:30 AM CST. Funds requested to be transferred will be debited/credited to the non-BRENHAM NATIONAL BANK account according to the receiving bank’s availability and transaction processing schedule. When a transfer is successful, you will receive a confirmation message.

How do I cancel transfers?

Request for same day transfers of funds cannot be cancelled. Future dated and recurring transfers can be canceled by 11:30 am CST the day prior to the scheduled transfer date. If the transfer status is In Process, Pending, or Processed, you cannot cancel the transfer.

What does it cost?

Current fees for the Service are $1.00 for each inbound transaction and $2.50 for each outbound transaction.  Fees are subject to change.

What are my transfer limits?

Transfer limits are agreed upon by you and your BRENHAM NATIONAL BANK personal banker.

How are transfers made?

This system utilizes the Automated Clearing House (ACH) System a nationwide electronic network, facilitated by the Federal Reserve, to allow Financial Institutions to originate and receive account debits and credits.
