The Bank 2 Bank service utilizes the Automated Clearing House (ACH) System a nationwide electronic network, facilitated by the Federal Reserve, to allow Financial Institutions to originate and receive account debits and credits. Bank 2 Bank transfers are covered under Regulation E. The terms set forth in the "Rules & Regulations Governing Accounts" covers the operation of deposit accounts at Brenham National Bank.
